How do I create an account?
Click Sign Up in the top navigation, choose your role (Viewer or Creator), fill in your username, email, and password, and verify your email address. You'll be able to start watching immediately.
What's the difference between a Viewer and a Creator?
Viewers can watch, like, comment on, and save videos. Creators can do all of that plus upload their own videos, manage them from the dashboard, and build an audience.
How do I upload a video?
You must have a Creator account. Click Upload in the sidebar, fill in the details (title, description, genres), then select your video file. Files are uploaded directly to secure cloud storage and transcoded to multiple resolutions automatically. You'll be notified when it's ready.
What video formats are supported?
We accept MP4, MOV, MKV, and WebM up to 50 GB. After upload, videos are transcoded to HLS (adaptive bitrate) at 360p, 480p, 720p, 1080p, 1440p, and 4K — depending on the source resolution.
Why is the video player muted when a video starts?
Browsers require that autoplay start muted on a first visit to any website — this is a browser security policy, not something we control. Click the Unmute button once and your volume preference is saved. Every subsequent video will play at your preferred volume automatically.
How does My List work?
On any video's watch page, click the Save bookmark icon to add it to My List. Click again to remove it. Access your saved videos anytime from My List in the sidebar.
How do I clear my watch history?
Go to History in the sidebar and click the Clear History button at the top of the page. This permanently removes all entries from your watch history.
How do I set up two-factor authentication?
Go to Settings → Security and click Set up 2FA. Scan the QR code with an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, 1Password, etc.) and enter the 6-digit code to confirm.
How do I change my theme?
Click the palette icon in the bottom-right corner of any page. Choose from Dark, Light, Midnight, Crimson, Forest, or Amber. Your preference is saved locally in your browser.
